Chef Patti Jackson of I Trulli and Centovini will be participating in the first annual Sunday Supper at Chelsea Market organized with the James Beard Foundation this month. According to a press release, “40 acclaimed chefs from around the country will transform Chelsea Market’s 400-foot concourse into one long ‘supper table,’ serving a farm-to-table, multi-course dinner for 250 guests.” Wow. The event is hosted by Amy Scherber (of Amy’s Bread fame) and Anne Quatrano (from Atlanta’s Bacchanalia). Tickets cost $220 ($176 for James Beard members) and proceeds will go towards benefiting The James Beard Foundation And Robert Fulton House’s Culinary Scholarship.
