Because of the overwhelming response to the Taste of Piemonte Dinner, owner Nicola Marzovilla and Chef Patrick Nuti have added a second date, Tuesday, October 30.

Please note that the Monday, October 29 event is sold out.

While this year’s 101a and 101b have had regional focuses, this session will cover Italian wines and winemaking in general. Robert Scibelli is one of our most popular instructors and his talk will include the basics of vinification, an overview of Italian grape varieties, and a tasting of 10 wines.

When not teaching at Vinoteca, Robert Scibelli works as the National Development Coordinator at the International Wine Center, New York, where he lectures regularly.
